Invicta Wrestling Academy offers a Fundamental Membership, which focuses on basic skills and drills that are essential in the sport of wrestling. Types of drills and technique include stance & motion, footwork, set-ups, shot development, transitional drills, and series of top and bottom wrestling. Although technique and instruction is the central focus, wrestlers will still wrestle live during these practices. This class is open to any age and can help improve any wrestler.
