Release/Waiver

These classes are meant to serve young athletes who are just beginning their journey in the sport of wrestling as well as athletes who have been wrestling few years. Emphasis will be on Character and Work Ethic development, fundamental skills, coordination, and core strength. We strive to offer a fun and challenging environment for kids to develop a true love for wrestling, as they learn to push themselves, problem solve, and work through difficult situations.
