Single Leg Camp

Per the title of the camp, this camp will focus solely on the most efficient takedown in the sport at every level, the single leg takedown. Campers will focus on a series of footwork drills, setups, defense and finishes for the single leg. Campers will also get in thousands of reps to master the single leg.
Single Leg Camp is open to all wrestlers ages 9 through 18. Wrestlers should have drinks, extra clothes, lunch (unless they are leaving for lunch), and a knee pad, mouthpiece and headgear. The camp will be held at Invicta Wrestling Academy:
