Invicta Wrestling Academy will prepare members to achieve success at the highest levels of Collegiate and International wrestling and will strive to develop a lifelong passion for wrestling. This may mean foregoing temporary success, as long term success will be accomplished through the development of mental toughness, persistence, a strong work ethic and by encouraging initiative and innovation.
“Excellence in skills, character, and discipline will be forged,
while providing a safe and challenging environment.”
These points will be emphasized because they are the foundations for long term success in wrestling and in life. Well-rounded wrestling will be the objective of the coaching staff, which means learning every technique possible and competing with focus and intensity from whistle to whistle.

Isaac Knable
Founder of Invicta Wrestling Academy, Isaac Knable, started his wrestling career in the 1st grade. “Wrestling has been a part of my life since I can remember. The physical and mental toughness that the sport teaches you is irreplaceable.” Isaac has been a part of multiple programs throughout his wrestling career, and has had the privilege to be coached by and train with Hall of fame coaches….
James Kraeszig
James Kraeszig or better known as Coach K, has been coaching wrestling for 25 plus years and was Coach Knable’s high school coach.
“Coach K taught me more than wrestling he taught me how to be a man. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. Invicta Wrestling Academy is based off of what Coach K taught me.” Isaac Knable
