This is an 8 week class introducing freestyle wrestling to girls with an interest in wrestling. The class will be lead by Coach Makayla Pledger (University of Campbellsville Alumni). The class will focus on learning rules and various techniques for freestyle wrestling. High school wrestling season is folkstyle but the international and college women compete freestyle.
